Consolidated Hallmark Holdings has only one class of shares, to wit, ordinary shares denominated in 50k per unit of shares. The group presently has authorised share capital of N5,000,000,000 divided into 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares of 50kobo per share out of which 7,000,000,000 ordinary shares are held by a wide range of investors while 3,000,000,000 shares are unissued.
Consolidated Hallmark Holdings pay dividend consistently as it has from the post listing year (2007) paid dividend seven times totalling over N1 billion to its shareholders.
The accounting year end is December 31 annually.
